We are looking for a Payroll Assistant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Efficiently manage the registration of contracts, changes in
circumstances, in the National Revenue Authority (NRA) system, and
sick leave documentation in NSSI.
• Calculates, keeps, and follows salary, bonus, reward, overtime,
and additional benefit records of employees.
• Work with electronic signature.
• Providing payroll services to corporate clients.
• Consulting and proposing solutions to payroll issues for
clients.
• Keep records of sickness leaves & annual leaves.
• Manage the STIL system.
• Delivering excellent client service.
• Working in a team of qualified, highly motivated
professionals.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and being resourceful
in making them happen.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-to-3-year experience in payroll and HR services.
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field.
• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are
essential for client deliverables and communications.
• Knowledge of Payroll Programs and MS Office.
• Efficiency and effectiveness when it comes to deadlines.
