Payroll Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Preparation and processing of employees' monthly payroll in
accordance with applicable labour and social security
legislation;
Preparation and administration of employment contracts,
supplementary agreements, termination orders and other
documents;
Maintaining and updating employee personnel files & Handling
employee benefits administration;
Communication with other departments and external partners, service
providers institutions related to social and health insurance;
Preparation of reports, statements and analyses related to payroll,
leave, sick leave and insurance;
Advising employees and management on payroll-related matters and
labor law regulations;
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and
implementing best practices in payroll processing and labor
relations administration.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and employee
administration;
A higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
administration, or a related field;
Very good command of English /B2+/;
Proficiency with payroll software & Excel (Experience with
international programs and HRIS platforms would be considered a
strong advantage);
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
ensuring confidentiality is maintained;
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to
detail;
Very good communication skills and drive for team
collaboration;
Knowledge of international standards and processes in the field
would be considered a strong advantage.
