Responsibilities
- Promote and present Komtur’s pharmaceutical products to hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders
- Visit hospitals and clinics to introduce new therapies and support their adoption
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and procurement departments
- Manage and follow up on import license requests for non-licensed medicinal products with the National Competent Authority (NCA)
- Present and expand Komtur’s product offering to pharmacies and pharmacy chains
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned territory
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Support participation in medical events, conferences, and product trainings
- Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Requirements and necessary skills
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license (mandatory)
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales (hospital, wholesaler, or community pharmacy experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Bulgaria
