Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leasing with customers and listening to their questions and
issues;
* Providing answers and solutions for customers and dealing with
their issues case by case;
* Keeping track of repeating issues and reporting on issue trends
to your supervisors;
* Making sure that information about every interaction is recorded
for future reference;
* Working closely with the rest of your team and supporting each
other in providing the best
customer experience.
