Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping gamers handling their technical issues and providing solutions via email;
* Handling communication in professional manner and focusing on providing great customer experience;
* Providing correct, accurate and complete troubleshooting by utilizing the right tools and processes;
* Building relationships with customers by paying close attention and providing them with services based on their needs;
* Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets and customer satisfaction surveys;
* Developing in-depth knowledge of products and processes;
* Supporting other colleagues, projects and wider business when required.
