Pre - Selection Recruitment Consultant with English (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)



Main Responsibilities:

Execute the recruitment process (screening, conducting interviews, language evaluation) and meet the recruitment needs within multiple projects;
Organize and coordinate recruitment and selection activities according to company standards;
Prepare attractive job ads in line with job descriptions and preliminary agreed criteria for selection;
Play an active part in the process of engaging top talents via various sources and platforms;
Maintain the company’s database.

The successful candidate has:

Excellent command of English and Bulgarian - C1 level (additional foreign language will be considered a strong advantage);
Contact center or customer service experience in an international company (would be considered as an advantage);
Ability to use Microsoft Office, and various social networks;
Curiosity and interest in the Recruitment field and the processes in it;
Desire to develop and achieve results;
Motivation for long-term development in the company.
