General duties
- Own and manage the roadmap and lifecycle of key internal banking systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with business users, developers, architects, and data teams.
- Use data and SQL to identify issues, support decisions, and drive improvements.
- Create prototypes, mock-ups, presentations, and visualizations.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, prototyping, and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Technology Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking processes (lending, credit, collateral, document management, core banking).
- Experience with enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and visualization skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools and evaluating AI-generated outputs critically.
