Role Overview:

A results-driven Product Owner role focused on managing and prioritizing the backlog, delivering automation solutions end to end, and ensuring strong alignment between business value, technology, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Role insights:

  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for your assigned stream.
  • Ensure automation ideas follow the product flow from Discovery to Optimizing.
  • Align requirements with stakeholders, balancing business value and technical feasibility.
  • Define and communicate MVPs to ensure fast delivery and early value realization.
  • Support teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.
  • Track KPIs and ensure automations achieve expected business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Testing Manager and Operations to ensure quality, compliance, and smooth transition to RUN.
  • Actively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

What makes you unique:

  • University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence and working with Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to prioritize based on business value (WSJF).
  • Fluency in English and German.
