General duties
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital investment products.
- Understand customer needs through research, interviews, data, and market analysis.
- Identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and evaluate possible solutions before development.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business goals, regulatory requirements, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Own and refine the product backlog, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver intuitive, secure, and scalable customer journeys.
- Lead integrations with investment platforms, market-data providers, core banking systems, and other third parties.
- Coordinate delivery and dependencies across teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure product readiness, regulatory compliance, operational support, and successful launch.
- Track product performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar digital-product role.
- Experience in banking, fintech, investments, trading, wealth management, or complex enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to own a product roadmap and deliver customer-facing digital products.
- Strong product discovery, prioritisation, and backlog-management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, system dependencies, and digital-platform development.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environment.
- Experience with investment or trading platforms.
- Knowledge of investment journeys, market data, order execution, or portfolio management.
- Familiarity with investment regulations, banking operations, and back-office processes.
