Your role will be:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and target clients with project finance needs, primarily in the Real Estate and Energy sectors.
  • Structure, negotiate and execute project finance transactions, including financial modelling, sensitivity analyses and scenario simulations.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals and materials for Credit Committees, while collaborating closely with Legal, Risk Management, Collateral Management and external advisors.
  • Coordinate the documentation, closing and loan utilization process to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Monitor the performance of financed projects and provide regular market updates on the Real Estate and Energy sectors, while maintaining strong ESG awareness.

You are the right candidate if:

  • You hold a university degree in Finance, Banking, International Business, Business Administration or a related field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate Banking or a similar role.
  • You possess strong analytical, financial and negotiation skills and have excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills and can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are well-organized, able to prioritize effectively, meet tight deadlines and work successfully as part of a team.
