Role Overview:

The Project Management Specialist is responsible for managing complex projects to deliver required Project goals and deliverables. Work with project managers and their teams in the application of appropriate project management methodology, ensuring that project managers deliver specified customer requirements within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost.



Your responsibilities would be:


• Monitor and communicate weekly project status. Track issues and risks;
• Measure project/program progress to identify variances from the plan and communicate needed corrections to the PM/Program Manager;
• Maintain an integrated project plan with team milestones and dependencies within and across teams. Assess and communicate critical path and impacts of moving milestones and dependencies;
• Portfolio Management;
• Assists Project Managers to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, time, and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization’s governance and project management framework;
• Conduct regular project meetings, track project progress, and analyze project data;
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and process/system owners to accomplish project tasks and provide regular project updates.




We expect from you:


• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with Jira.
• Experience First: Your hands-on experience is crucial, showcasing your solid understanding of project management principles. PM certification is a plus
• Presentation Pro: Showcase your excellent presentation skills, delivering impactful messages to diverse audiences.
• Organized Planner: Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure seamless project execution.
• Team Collaboration: Be an effective team player, contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Interpersonal Charm: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
