We are looking for:
PROJECT MANAGER
If you:
✅ have minimum 4 years of experience in project
management, construction management and supervision
✅ are fluent in reading technical drawings
✅ very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word),
knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage
✅ are fluent in English
✅ have BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture
(preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge
and experience in construction projects
✅ have great communication skills, self-discipline and
positive attitude to teamwork
✅ have negotiation skills
✅ have a driving license and availability for frequent
business trips
✅ are experienced in cooperation with Shopping Centers,
or retail chains will be a great advantage

✅ developing, maintaining and updating the projects

✅ preparation of the tender for fit-out works
✅ supervision over the project in accordance with lease
agreements and LPP technical standards
✅ technical acceptance of the stores
✅ technical and financial verification of subcontractor
offers
✅ preparation of reports/summaries of ongoing
projects
✅ formal and financial settlement of the projects
