Dragomir Apostolov is looking for a new team member:

Project Manager

We need your skills and passion in Project Management to help drive success across our highly diverse project portfolio and to foter seamless team collaboration.

Your responsibilities include:

Learn what it’s like to run a project at A1 Bulgaria and A1 Group.
Walk the steps from new idea to ready product.
Manage project scope, timelines, and budget.
Prepare, organize, and distribute all relevat project documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, including end business customers and government structures.
Address complex challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
Play a vital role in ensuring the success of A1 Bulgaria’s projects.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Project Management experience, both in traditional and agile methodologies and tools.
Project management certificate (e.g. PMP, Prince2, etc.).
Experience in software delivery and integration projects.
Leadership, negotiation, and effective communication skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proactive person with problem solving and can-do attitude.
The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various managerial levels.
Curiosity for understanding new technologies and systems, with a willingness to explore them firsthand
Technical or business education, minimum bachelor’s degree.
