The Project Manager leads cross-functional programs from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, business objectives, and operational execution. Working across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and customer teams, the role drives project delivery, manages risks and priorities, and enables effective decision-making to achieve schedule, cost, quality, and performance targets.
General Responsibilities
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Gross Annual Salary Range
31,700.00 EUR - 43,587.50 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
Starting Salary
The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
