For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – PTE Customer Care
Representative with Hungarian or Finnish, or Turkish.

Responsibilities

*Provide prompt, friendly, and solution-focused support via phone, email, and live chat;
*Assist users with product-related inquiries and offer clear guidance on digital services;
*Escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams when needed;
*Log all customer interactions with accuracy and consistency using support tools;
*Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer journey;
*Contribute to the localization and optimization of help content for different markets.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Hungarian or Finnish, or Turkish;
*Good command of English (spoken and written);
*Previous experience in customer service or user support is a plus;
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills;
*Familiarity with digital platforms and a general interest in tech or mobile apps is a bonus;
*Open to part-time work or flexible scheduling.
