For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – PTE Support Coordinator with
Lithuanian or Irish, or Estonian, or Icelandic.

Отговорности

*Support customers via phone, email and chat;
*Assist with orders, subscriptions, and access to books and movies;
*Resolve issues quickly while keeping customers happy;
*Log interactions and follow up when needed;
*Collaborate with other teams to solve complex cases;
*Stay updated on new releases and promotions.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Lithuanian, Irish, Estonian, or Icelandic and good English;
*Experience in customer support is a plus;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Positive attitude and customer-first mindset;
*Confident with basic tech and online tools;
*Passion for books and movies is a big plus.
