Petya Ilieva is looking for a new team member.
As a QA professional working with ServiceNow, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow platform implementations by designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and validating system functionality. Additionally, you'll collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to improve testing processes and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications.
Your daily routine would include:
Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test series.
Perform System Integration Testing.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Tests.
Perform Operational Acceptance Testing.
Design and develop automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and an Automated Test Framework.
Document Quality Assurance measures, processes, and test results.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
1–2 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer.
Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in Java and Selenium.
Solid experience working with SQL.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Nice to have:
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB / CSDM).
ISTQB certification.
Administration and configuration experience.
Knowledge of ITSM practices.
Experience with CSM and Service Portal.
