QA Team Lead (BPO industry)

Lead the day-to-day activities of the QA team, ensuring productivity, consistency, and adherence to the company standards.
Monitor QA performance metrics, identify gaps and risks, and implement corrective actions to improve quality outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program-level QA topics and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Coach, mentor, and support team members to strengthen their skills and drive high-quality performance.
Communicate performance insights, quality trends, and updates to management and key stakeholders while contributing to audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
