Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to
ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
Identify and analyze operational processes to drive continuous
improvement projects, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and
quality.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes of
defects, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, to implement quality
improvements and resolve any quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,
conducting regular audits and inspections.
Maintain comprehensive records of quality issues, improvement
initiatives, and compliance audits. Prepare detailed reports and
documentation as required.
Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality
standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related
field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality engineering or
operations role.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and
processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a
plus.
