Key Responsibilities
⭕Preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, offers, and budget calculations for ongoing projects.
⭕Monitoring and controlling project-related expenses and costs during the execution of construction works.
⭕Maintaining effective communication with designers, suppliers, and other external partners.
⭕Ensuring the preparation, maintenance, and updating of all required technical documentation and reporting.
