We are looking for a R&D Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation, testing, and improvement of new and existing products with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
Develop quality control methods for new products and the raw materials used to produce them.Analyze and optimize product cost, ensuring an effective balance between cost and quality.
Oversee the implementation process for new products in production and contribute to preparing each product dossier (formulation).
Build and maintain relationships with scientific laboratories and industry organizations.
Monitor market trends for raw materials and competitive products, including pricing, quality, and availability.
Perform laboratory tests using alternative raw materials and components.
Participate in managing industrial testing processes.
Create, maintain, and coordinate technical documentation related to product manufacturing.
