Key tasks and responsibilities:
Participate in end-to-end recruitment activities in line with
company policies and standards.
Analyze hiring needs, identify the most effective sourcing
channels, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to employer branding by researching new talent
acquisition channels, exploring innovative sourcing strategies, and
developing content that promotes the company as an employer of
choice.
Support onboarding of the new hired, including orientation
sessions and coordination of the mentoring program.
Conduct exit interviews, assess feedback trends, and recommend
actionable improvements.
Organize and lead initiatives to attract interns and young
professionals, such as career fairs, programs, and events.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee
engagement and motivation programs - such as mentoring, wellness
initiatives, and people and skills development.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment and HR activities.
