MAIN CHALLENGES:
- Organise the recruitment and selection process for new employees
- Communicates with candidates, schedules interviews, prepares interview timetable, provides feedback on selection results
- Organises and conducts various types of tests with job candidates
- Responsible for the maintenance of a database with information on candidates
- Participates in career forums and employer brand development initiatives
- Prepares periodic reports and analyses
THE SUCCESSFULCANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- Graduate or final year student in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant field
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office)
- Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
