In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting partners in building a pipeline of candidates across our major disciplines – sales, engineering, marketing and operations.
At SUSE the candidate experience is paramount. In this role, you will likely be the first point of contact between the candidate and our organization and as such you will be regarded as a the voice of SUSE and a key brand ambassador.
Next to sourcing fantastic, diverse talent, we will also need you to support the Global recruitment team plan and schedule interviews.

In this position you will:
Be responsible for supporting the recruiting team in building candidate pipelines across diverse functions.
Identify passive candidates through various channels by means of outreach – usually through LinkedIn recruiter
Manage the candidate relationship from first contact through to start date.
Share relevant market insights with the recruiters around compensation.
Work cross-functionally to foster and manage partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and HR business partners.
Lead the project management of internal programming to support company culture and diversity initiatives
Actively input to building a positive employer brand
Identify new and effective ways to attract diverse talent pools
Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters and candidate and hiring managers.
Maintain a constant focus on building key talent pipelines
Nurture and grow the CRM database
Use technology to manage candidate pipelines effectively
