As a Recruitment Specialist you’d work along with the HR Manager on a daily basis. You will be responsible for building a quality candidates network as well as a strong relationship with the members of the Bulgarian team. You will be challenged on a daily basis to give opinion, suggestions and ideas on making the company a desired place to work for.

Отговорности

· Proactively search and attract suitable applicants for our open positions;

· Help with CVs screening and initial phone screens;

· Administer and send standardized tests to candidates;

· Schedule interviews and coordinate between hiring teams and candidates

· Give timely and constructive feedback to interviewed candidates;

· Coordinate hiring activities;

· Prepare and post job ads online;

· Research and implement new ways of sourcing/attracting candidates;

· Maintain candidate database;

· Collect required documents from candidates prior to onboarding;

· Keeping track of referral program and manage the communication in relation to it;

· Take part in other employee related activities of the HR department such as events organization, employee feedback exchange, administration, logistics, office management, etc.;

· Additional duties might be assigned as required.

Изисквания и необходими умения

· Fluent in English (written and spoken);

· Previous experience as a recruitment assistant/coordinator would be an advantage;

· Strong organizational and time management skills;

· A Pro-active approach towards the day-to-day work and desire to bring new ideas on board;

· Attention to detail and strict compliance with deadlines;

· Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

· Positive and fresh attitude;

· Reliable and responsible;

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision;

· Able to work in and out of the office;

· Motivated to learn and develop.
