LC Waikiki is a leading global fashion retailer which is one of the established brands on the Bulgarian market. Our journey started in France in 1988 and we are today one of Turkey’s leading fashion brands. We trade in around 1300 stores in 63 countries. We carry out our business lead by the belief that “Everyone Deserves to Dress Well” and we want to enable people to enjoy accessible fashion through quality products at affordable prices. We believe that finding the right people is one of the most powerful ways to shape our company's future and drive our success. If you have a talent for connecting with people, a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building great teams, you might be the perfect fit for our team!

The Role: Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building our organization's most valuable asset - its people. Partnering closely with hiring managers across the business, you'll lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer communication, ensuring every hire is the right fit both technically and culturally. Your role will be critical in translating business needs into effective hiring strategies, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, upholding compliance and best practices, and continuously improving our recruitment process to help the company grow with the right talent at every level.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and forecast: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, headcount forecasts, and departmental goals, translating them into clear and actionable hiring plans.
• Clarify the roles: Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions that attract the right talent while reflecting our employer brand.
• Source strategically: Proactively identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines, reaching both active and passive talent.
• Screen with precision: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate assessments to shortlist candidates who match role requirements.
• Lead the interview process: Apply company standards and guidelines, conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, and coach and certify hiring managers on effective, compliant interviewing techniques.
• Evaluate and select: Facilitate candidate debriefs using standardized scoring criteria, and oversee reference and background checks to confirm the right fit.
• Close the hire: Prepare and extend offers, communicate compensation packages, and coordinate offer letters to secure top talent efficiently.
• Nurture the candidate experience: Maintain clear, timely communication throughout the hiring journey, ensuring every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of our brand.
• Ensure compliance: Uphold labor law and GDPR standards throughout the recruitment process, while maintaining accurate records.
• Support onboarding: Coordinate new hire logistics, working closely with the Payroll team and the hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition from offer to first day.
• Build the employer brand: Represent the company at job fairs and industry events, and contribute to career site content and social media.
• Focus on improvement: Track recruitment metrics, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate, etc., and use data insights to refine and elevate the hiring process.

Required qualifications and capabilities:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or fashion retail management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Commercial and business acumen: Strong understanding of workforce planning, business priorities, and how effective hiring directly impacts organizational performance.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders alike. Fluency in English.
• Organizational skills: Strong prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple open roles and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to align hiring strategy with broader business goals.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adjusting sourcing and interview strategies based on evolving hiring needs.
• ATS and tools proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and HRIS software is an advantage.
• Sourcing Know-How: Demonstrated ability to source and engage both active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, is an advantage.
• Legal and compliance knowledge: Solid understanding of employment law, GDPR regulations, and best practices in fair and inclusive hiring is an advantage. What we offer: • Competitive compensation package.
• A supportive, people-first team environment where your ideas and initiatives are valued and heard.
• Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.
• The opportunity to directly shape the growth and success of the company by bringing in top talent that drives our mission forward.
