We are seeking a Hebrew Speaking Customer Support to provide
Customer Care and Handle orders and deliveries in Bulgaria for our
client.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding the product, such as any
issues, recalls, or problems with the product.
Troubleshooting problems with customer's products, providing
guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
Escalating issues to a higher-level technician or supervisor for
further assistance.
Keeping up to date with product features, specifications and the
technology of the products the company is providing support
for.
