For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Rental Services Specialist with German.
*Deliver outstanding customer support and help create a seamless rental experience for every client;
*Manage reservations, booking changes, and cancellations quickly and efficiently;
*Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and a positive attitude;
*Work closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries and maintain high service standards;
*Keep reservation details and customer interactions accurate and up to date.
*Excellent German skills and good command of English;
*Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset;
*Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a dynamic environment;
*Comfortable using computer systems and reservation platforms;
*Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured weekday office setting.
