For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Reporting Sales Lead with English.

Responsibilities

* Lead reporting and analytics to drive productivity and performance;
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and key metrics;
* Monitor workforce performance, schedule adherence, and service levels;
* Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management;
* Collaborate with teams to create custom reports that meet business needs;
* Report issues promptly and suggest solutions for improvement;
* Coach your team to turn data into clear, actionable stories.

Requirements and necessary skills

*5+ years in reporting, preferably in sales call center or customer service;
*3+ years of team management experience;
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
*Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools;
*Excellent English and very good communication and presentation skills;
*Experience developing reporting systems and dashboards;
*Able to collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational performance.
