​Role Overview:

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist with strong analytical and technical skills, and extensive experience in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in technical or operational departments, with the ability to build, automate, and maintain end-to-end reporting processes.

Role insights:

Define and develop comperhansive reporting standard and plan
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Develop automation solutions for data collection and reporting processes.
Administer, manage, and maintain all SecurityDC SharePoint portal, including sites, structure, permissions, libraries, lists, workflows, and integrations
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management and operational teams.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and user experience.

What Makes You Unique:

1+ year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or related roles—preferably within technical or IT environments.
Expertise in:
Microsoft Power BI (e.g. data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visual storytelling)
Advanced Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros preferred)
SharePoint (e.g. site administration, structure design, permissions management, document control, workflow integration)
Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand operational data.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
