Representative German and English - Hybrid Option Available.

Отговорности

* Managing queries and requests from partners and customers;
* Proposing solutions in accordance with guidelines and priority;
* Handling cases with empathy and patience and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction;
* Promoting positive partner behavior through regular feedback until issues are resolved;
* Ensuring partners adhere to Portal usability rules;
* Undertaking billing tasks according to company guidelines.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Proficiency in German and a good grasp of English;
* 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer-oriented roles;
* Competence in MS Office and strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities;
* Willingness to learn and improve service quality;
* Flexibility, teamwork, organization, and attentiveness are highly desired traits.
