For one of our clients - a global powerhouse in B2B sales enablement, dedicated to revenue
expansion and digital progress by leveraging strategy, expertise, and modern technology, we
are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with German and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Assist in preparing and validating revenue data to ensure accurate client sign-off;
*Monitor revenue and billing activities to identify any discrepancies or missing information;
*Collaborate with internal teams to help resolve billing and invoicing questions;
*Support sales management by tracking deal progress and helping with forecasting tasks;
*Manage and respond to support tickets related to pricing and quoting tools.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken;
*Some background or interest in customer service, sales, or related fields is a bonus;
*Basic experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred;
*Strong communication skills and eagerness to work in a team environment;
*Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and learn quickly.
