Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Risk Manager to
join our Cyber Trust team. In this role, you will be assessing
emerging risks, managing the lifecycle of identified risks and
report concisely to management. The focus at the beginning will be
on compliance risks (security, privacy, fraud, third-party,
etc.).
You will work as part of a centralized, international team
responsible for conducting risk management activities across the A1
group. Your team will cooperate closely with units responsible for
performing compliance reviews and gap management. Your work will
directly contribute to the continuous improvement of our security
posture across all business units.
Role insights:
Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s operational
risk management framework in coordination with the enterprise risk
management (ERM) framework.
Identify, assess, and monitor key risks (strategic, financial,
operational, regulatory, reputational).
Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses in cooperation with
the compliance review unit in Cyber Trust team.
Support the gap management unit in Cyber Trust team to ensure risk
controls are effectively designed and implemented.
Provide regular risk reporting to senior management, highlighting
trends, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies.
Lead risk awareness and training initiatives across the
organization.
Perform supply chain risk management activities as needed.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
What makes you unique:
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business
Administration, Business Informatics, Cybersecurity or related
field.
2+ years of experience in enterprise or operational risk
management, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of international risk frameworks (ISO 31000,
COSO, etc.).
Experience in working with stakeholders and management to foster
risk awareness culture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills.
Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, PRM, CIRM, CIA, CPA
or similar.
Experience in cyber security, data privacy or compliance
management.
Familiarity with GRC tools and their customization.
