Main responsibilities of the position:
Review and decision of credit applications for new credit
limits/credit reviews and renegotiation based on customer profile,
logic of the transactions, financial data and ratios, loan purpose
and collateral, preparation of recommendations for a final decision
according to the delegation matrix for the Supervisor/ Head of
Department / Directorate
Ensure the decision of credit applications for new credit
limits/credit reviews and renegotiation to be in terms of proper
assessment of the risks involved and compliance with existing risk
management standards, policies, practices, and tools
Cooperate with the Credit Policy and infrastructure team in
establishing the Credit Policy and recommend amendments whenever
necessary as well as monitor the compliance with the approved
Credit Policy
Ensures the adherence of the quality of the work of the risk
origination units/branches to the current credit policies and
regulations
Competences we look for:
Master degree in Economic or Finance
Minimum 1 years working experience in Credit Management and/or
business experience in lending
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, MS Power Point and
etc.)
Excellent knowledge in English
Ability to work in a team with focus on collaboration
Knowledge and skills in Micro/SME companies` financial assessment
and/or lending area
