Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Role Operations Expert to support and improve Identity & Access Management processes, ensuring secure and compliant access across the organization.
The role involves managing roles and permissions, handling user access requests, supporting audits and clean-ups, and ensuring consistent execution of controls (e.g., SOX) through continuous analysis and improvement.
Role Insights:
- Support access reviews, role & user clean-up, and remediation processes.
- Collaborate with IT security, audit, and business teams to ensure compliant access provisioning.
- Review user access management and role design processes.
- Participate in the design of business and application roles.
- Analyze task-based roles and manage the role catalogue within the IDM system.
- Manage the lifecycle of business roles and permissions.
- Handle end-user requests related to role assignments.
- Execute SOX controls in user access management.
What Makes You Unique:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of SoD concepts, access control, and IAM.
- Experience in role design and user access management (SAP & non-SAP systems).
- Good understanding of access, authorization processes, and role creation.
- Familiarity with SOX and audit requirements.
- Ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with GRC tools.
- Knowledge of IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IDM SVG) for access reviews and automated provisioning.
