We are looking for Sales assistant, who will be a part of our Sales Team and will be responsible for the processing of customer orders and will assist in the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Maintaining customer records in our CRM system;
• Receiving, processing, and tracking customer orders, shipments, and payments;
• Assisting the Sales team with offers and other commercial documents;
• Collaborating closely with all departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
• Supporting the team with additional administrative and operational tasks when required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or another relevant field;
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing or administrative coordination will be considered an advantage;
• Very good computer skills, including MS Office;
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Customer-oriented mindset;
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
