The Sales Business Analyst acts as Business Intelligence expert by gathering and analyzing internal and external data to identify business opportunities.
The person on this role will work and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the completion of actions and monitor results and the success based on insights provided.
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Perform deep dives analysis – White Space analysis (up/cross/new sell), client profitability, processes improvement;
• Complete analysis;
• Deliver insights to stakeholders;
• Liaise with stakeholders to monitor activities;
• Analyze results post-activities.
