For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
a Sales Performance Advisor with Spanish or Dutch or Italian or French and English
(Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Engage prospects and clients via phone, email, video calls, and social media;
*Identify key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and targeted outreach;
*Qualify and nurture leads to ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding teams;
*Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure;
*Build lasting relationships through consistent, value-based communication;
*Keep CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) accurate and up to date;
*Track and analyze performance data to stay on top of sales goals.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or French, plus excellent English skills;
*Over 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in tech or digital advertising;
*Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and increase client budgets;
*Strong consultative and strategic selling approach;
*Clear, confident communicator with persuasive presentation skills;
*Able to communicate complex concepts with clarity, confidence, and persuasion;
*Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for lead and pipeline management.
