for – Sales Performance QA Specialist with Romanian and English.
*Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality
standards and compliance;
*Deliver constructive, timely feedback to sales agents and team
leaders;
*Prepare and share detailed QA reports with internal and external
stakeholders;
*Analyze trends in quality results and suggest process or training
improvements;
*Lead or participate in calibration sessions to align evaluation
criteria;
*Support agent development through one-on-one coaching and
performance reviews.
