For Notino Partner, the system for beauty and wellness
treatments developed by Notino, we are looking to hire a
Sales Representative for Sofia.
The primary objective of this role is to expand the number of
partnering clients and maintain strong relationships with existing
ones.
Main responsibilities:
• Acquisition of new clients;
• Building and maintaining a relationship with new and regular
clients;
• Reporting and Administration of business clients;
• Providing support for new and existing clients;
• Lead generation and participation in client meetings;
• Entering data into the CRM system;
• Attending internal meetings;
• Identifying emerging opportunities and market shifts, offering
feedback on the product to the Sales Manager;
• Reporting sales KPI and revenue forecasts on a weekly, monthly,
quarterly and yearly basis to Country Management and/or HQ;
• Closely collaborating with other departments (Photo Coordinator,
Business Support Specialist, Copywriters et.c).
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience (B2B, direct sales, cold calling/hunting,
key account management);
• Field experience with in-person client meetings (not only phone
or email communication);
• At least one year of experience within a company;
• Knowledge of the local area and customer needs;
• Communication skills;
• Negotiation skills;
• Time management and Organizational skills;
• Proactive approach and ability to adapt to changes;
• Teamplayer mindset and Fair approach;
• Driving licence;
• English level - B2 minimum;
• MS Office - advanced user.
