For one of our clients a well-established company in the insurance sector, we are looking for – Sales Representative - Insurance products (Hybrid).
*Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their trusted advisor on insurance solutions;
*Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and existing professional contacts;
*Advise clients on suitable insurance options and present tailored solutions that match their business needs;
*Prepare customized offers and proposals in line with client requirements and market conditions;
*Lead commercial discussions, coordinate with insurers and support clients through the agreement and policy placement process;
*Monitor portfolio performance, analyze client and sales data, and provide regular insights on growth opportunities.
*Proven experience in sales environment, preferably in the insurance, banking or automotive sector;
*Established professional network and strong client relationships within relevant industries;
*Experience managing client portfolios and developing long-term business partnerships;
*Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
*Previous experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools;
*English proficiency is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
*Standard working hours, Monday – Friday, hybrid;
