Responsibilities:
1. Work with B2B clients (travel companies) to identify their needs
and suggest suitable hotels, resorts, transport, and travel
packages.
2. Respond to requests within the time frame given by management,
calculate total package costs, and offer alternatives in case of
unavailability.
3. Manage personal bookings: ensure accuracy of all services before
guest arrival and timely collection of payments.
4. Use reservation system for data entry and updates, maintain CRM,
and communicate via social media.
5. Achieve monthly KPI & targets in sales and bookings.
