In this 1 year internship, you will be part of the global AMS SAP
BOLD Team and will provide application support in SAP Finance &
Supply Chain areas and related interfaces.
As a SAP AMS Service Delivery Intern, you will be able to get deep
knowledge and skills in the delivery of business applications
support services: interfaces monitoring, errors handling and
follow-up, simple incidents and routine changes delivery (based on
procedures) in SAP Finance & Supply Chain domains and related
interfaces with other partner systems (ex. Front Offices, MDM,
Treasury systems, Ariba, etc.) for the LDC live countries, ensuring
support levels and expectations from both management and users are
met.
Main Responsibilities
In this role the SAP AMS Service Delivery Intern should:
Monitor SAP interfaces and solve, address and follow-up the errors
encountered
Timely respond to tickets, questions, email communication related
to his/her scope
Clarify requirement of the users on what is the issue & what
the user needs
Solve simple functional or technical incidents
Apply simple SAP customizations (routine changes based on
procedure)
Perform / support functional tests (User Acceptance Tests, Non
Regression Tests)
Reassign to more senior team members tickets that requires deeper
expertise
Ensures the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a
timely manner
Ensure positive working relationship with users, peers, employees
and contractors
Eligibility: You should be an active student in the last phases of
your education or recently graduated in IT or Finance related field
English language (fluent)
Knowledge and process understanding in Finance/Accounting is a
strong advantage
IT skills:
Expert with Excel (data validation & manipulation)
User experience with ERP/accounting software is strong
advantage
Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now
& JIRA) is plus
