We are expanding the Billing Delivery Center within IT Services Division of the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be part of this exciting journey!
Role insights:
- SAP Role & User management
- Processing of SAP related applications user accounts, permissions and access rights requests
- Handling of all operational day-to-day support activities for security/authorizations including ticket resolution and issue escalation
- Technical solution design, test and implementation of new authorization requirements
- Collaborating with application and basis teams to ensure technical security of SAP and associated applications
- Leading SAP authorisation related projects, developing new authorization concepts
What makes you unique:
- Advanced knowledge in SAP Roles authorizations and user management
- Knowledge of segregation of duties concepts and sensitive access is advantage
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Independent, result oriented working style, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and build effective relationships in an international, virtual collaboration environment
- Good written and spoken English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office
