Responsibilities:
o Implement the necessary routines to collect the data required to create a schedule; o Convert the Planned Orders into Work Orders; o Control messages reported by the system; o Create a detailed schedule for the production teams; o Update system data (SAP / LOB); o Release the Work Orders; o Monitor and assess the relevance of information reported by production team (ratio/capacity); o Update and share assigned KPIs (WIP / WO Adherence / Lead Time / WO in the past); o Propose solutions to improve workshop efficiency; o Create a file to track capacity versus workload adhesion; o Use simple calculation rules to determine the threshold that triggers a Recovery Plan; o Monitor and update the Recovery Plan; o Create KPIs to help Production Managers run workshops.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree is a strong advantage; o Working in a production environment is a must; o SAP WO module - Intermediate level; o Excel - Intermediate level; o English - Intermediate level; o Self-disciplined and able to perform detailed work with minimal supervision; o Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish contacts and good relationships within and outside the company; o Ability to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality and integrity; o Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment; o Problem-solving oriented; o Entrepreneurial mindset; o Possess organizational and teamwork skills; o Willingness to learn. o Ability to work under pressure.
