A Segregation of Duties (SoD) Expert/Specialist is responsible for designing, monitoring, and enforcing SoD controls across SAP and non-SAP systems to minimize risk of fraud, error, and unauthorized activities. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Your daily routine would include:
- Develop and maintain SoD rulesets for SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Perform SoD risk analysis, identify conflicting roles & SoD risks on user level.
- Support in implementing and ensuring harmonized Segregation of Duties (SoD) within A1Group.
- Support access reviews, role & user clean-up, and remediation processes.
- Collaborate with IT security, audit, and business teams to ensure compliant access provisioning.
- Document SoD frameworks and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Strong knowledge of SoD concepts, access control, and risk frameworks.
- Experience with SoD on SAP & non-SAP systems (e.g. Billing, Cashier, CRM systems etc.).
- Understanding of SOX and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in GRC tools.
- Experience with IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IDM SVG) for access review, SoD analysis, and automated provisioning.
