looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join
their team in the role of:
Senior Accounts Payable with Romanian and English (NEW SHARED
SERVICE CENTER)
Main Responsibilities:
Independently process invoices from receipt to payment release,
ensuring high-level
complexities are handled effectively;
Manage and lead both internal and external communications for
critical accounts or issues, including dispute resolutions;
Manage comprehensive vendor account maintenance and execute
month-end and year-end closing activities and support more junior
team members in such activities;
Lead the process updates and support in implementing strategic
enhancements of Accounts Payable processes;
Lead and support the onboarding of new hires;
Assist the Team Lead in tracking and reporting on operational and
performance metrics;
Participate in audit activities, assist in providing all necessary
information related to audit queries, and support more junior team
members in such activities.

Job Requirements:
Fluency in both Romanian and English (C1);
Understanding of IFRS;
Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferably major in
accounting;
At least 3 years of experience in the area of Accounting;
Advanced knowledge of Accounts Payable end-to-end processes;
Intermediate knowledge in
Finance and Accounting;
Advanced knowledge of MSOffice.
