For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for - Senior B2B Support Consultant with Romanian or Spanish or Dutch or Slovenian.

Responsibilities

*Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, providing professional and timely support;
*Advise clients on financial matters and help them navigate relevant solutions;
*Provide hands-on technical guidance for devices such as laptops, tablets and etc.;
*Support clients with telecommunications services and troubleshoot common issues;
*Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client challenges efficiently;
*Maintain accurate client records and contribute ideas to improve processes and service quality.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B environment;
*Fluent in Romanian, Spanish, Dutch or Slovenian and very good English skills;
*Basic technical knowledge of devices;
*Understanding of financial concepts and ability to advise clients confidently;
*Familiarity with telecommunications services and solutions;
*Strong problem-solving skills, client-focused mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
