• Develop strong relationships with key senior leaders and provide strategic advice and practical support. 

• Support the senior management team to develop messaging and to co-ordinate large scale employee briefings both virtually and in-person. 

• Write, edit and oversee the delivery of clear and engaging communications, visuals and programs that support Company priorities.   

• Manage the publication of employee communications in English and Bulgarian.  

• Translate and localize global company messages so that they resonate with Bulgarian employees. 

• Develop interesting content on activities happening within Bulgaria, which can be shared with Sensata’s global employee base. 

• Manage an internal SharePoint site, the publication of newsletters and digital communications to share information with employees and to respond to requests for information. 

External communications 

• Manage Sensata’s external communications with media, stakeholders and customers and develop content that reinforces Sensata’s key strategic direction and messaging. 

• Develop written and visual materials to support campaigns promoting Sensata as an employer of choice and differentiating us from our competitors. 

• Manage external PR, creative agency and other suppliers to ensure strong delivery of campaign deliverables, objectives and value. 

• Develop and manage content for social media which promotes Sensata’s values and business priorities. 

• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to reinforce Sensata’s position within the Bulgarian market. 

• Ensure brand compliance across all written and visual materials. 

Experience 

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize, collaborate and operate at all levels. Specifically: 

• Hold a university degree and at least five years of relevant experience. 

• Fluent in English and Bulgarian. 

• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills in both English and Bulgarian. 

• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple competing tasks and demands. 

• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results. 

• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel) and it would be desirable to have some knowledge of graphic design packages. 

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers. 

• Willingness to travel within Bulgaria and to other locations.
