We are seeking a Senior Digital & PPC Expert to join our
fast-growing team.
This is a hands-on role for a technical marketer who knows the ins
and outs of paid media. You will be responsible for the
"engine room" of our marketing—managing multi-channel
campaigns, setting up complex tracking, and ensuring our technical
stack is ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
➤ Campaign Management & Scaling: Full ownership of
creating, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Google Ads,
GDN, Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc.) to maximize ROI.
➤ Technical Setup & Tracking: Implementation of
end-to-end tracking using Google Tag Manager, internal tools, and
other technological solutions to ensure data integrity.
➤ Analysis & Reporting: Developing and maintaining
marketing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track and analyze
performance using GA4 and internal data.
➤ Optimization & A/B Testing: Constantly improving
performance through rigorous A/B testing (CTR, Conversion, etc.)
and funnel optimization.
➤ Market Intelligence: Conducting deep-dive competitor
analysis and market trend research to identify new channels and
growth opportunities.
➤ Creative Collaboration: Working closely with the
creative team to ensure consistent messaging, high-performing
assets, and strong branding.
➤ Retention & Email: Implementing and optimizing
email marketing and retargeting flows to increase player lifetime
value.
➤ Innovation: Staying up-to-date with emerging marketing
technologies, ad formats, and compliance practices specifically
within the iGaming sector.
